1. Click on the document under "Postal documents" on the sidebar to see the name of the document that needs to be mailed and a description from the university. After you have completed mailing, click on "Mark as mailed."
2. The date and time you clicked will be recorded in the "Mailed on" field, and the message "Mailed" will be displayed.
3. When the university receives the mailed document, the status will be updated.
