Procedures for handling requested documents

1. Click on the document under "Request Document[s]" on the sidebar and click on the "Request" button. 


2. Enter the category and email address of the recommender/request recipient, and click "Request" to send the request to the email address you entered. 


3. After the request is made, a screen with the email address to which the request should be sent will be displayed. To change the current request and request a different recommender/recipient, click "Cancel my request" and then submit the request again.



4. When the recommender/request recipient submits the documents, the completion status "Submitted" is displayed and the request is complete.
