Account Registration

1. I have not received my account registration email.

The address of the automated email sent to you is no-reply@admissions-office.net. Please check all folders as it may have been sorted into the spam folder.

If you are using a cell phone email address, there is a possibility that your email may have been automatically blocked by the spam filter function.

Please resister the email adress, no-reply@admissions-office.net or the domain name, admissions-office.net with your email service.

Please refer to the settings page of your mobile carrier for instructions on how to do this. (This will take you to an external site.)

If you are using your school's own email address, the school may have restrictions on receiving emails. In this case, you will need to whitelist the domain name to receive the information. 

2. The account activation URL has expired.

Please access the login screen and click "Resend confirmation email" to resend the email.

The account activation URL expires 24 hours after it is issued. Please complete your registration from the email sent to you before the expiration date.

3. I see a message saying "This email address cannot be registered".

If the email address is incorrectly formatted, exceeds 255 characters, or is already registered with TAO, this message will appear.

Please verify your email address, and if you have forgotten your password, kindly refer to “4.

Forgot Password” on this page to reset it.
