1. The button to start is not displayed.
The button is only displayed during the recruitment period. If the button does not appear after the application period has started, please try reloading the screen.
If you have already started the application, you can proceed to the "My Application" page to enter the documents for the relevant application.
The button will remain hidden even after the application is completed.
Please check if the badge displayed on the application name is not "Application completed."
2. My input cannot be saved.
Please check the following:
Are all required fields filled in?
Fields marked with "*" are required. Please be sure to fill in all the required fields.
Are the requirements for each item satisfied?
Each field may have its own entry conditions, such as character limits and formatting. Please follow the instructions on the screen.
If all items are entered correctly and no errors are indicated on the screen, but the form cannot be saved, please contact the TAO Support Desk.
3. I cannot click the "Complete my application" button.
The "Complete my application" button will become available when all required documents have been completed.
Please make sure that all required documents have been completed. You can check the progress of your documents from the sidebar when viewing on a PC, or from the menu at the top of the page when viewing on a smartphone.
4. What happens when I complete the application?
Your application will be accepted with the information you have entered.
Once completed, you will not be able to make changes to any of the documents you have already entered, except for some additional documents. If you have completed the application with incomplete information, you will not be able to enter new information.
Please make sure that all information is correct before completing the application.
5. I want to make changes to my application after it has been submitted.
Once the application is complete, no changes can be made to the documents. Please contact the school if necessary.
6. What happens if I cancel?
All information entered so far will be canceled.
If you re-start the application, a new and separate application will be started. Please note that the data before the cancellation will not be restored.
If you have already paid the application fee, please contact the school if necessary.
