1. I cannot log in.
Have you activated your account using the "Account Activation URL" sent to you via email after registration?
If not, you will not be able to log in.
2. I did not receive the email.
The address of the automated email sent to you is no-reply@admissions-office.net. Please check all folders as it may have been sorted into the spam folder.
If you are using a cell phone email address, there is a possibility that the email has been automatically blocked by the spam filter function.
Please resister the email adress, no-reply@admissions-office.net or the domain name, admissions-office.net.
Please refer to the settings page of your mobile carrier for instructions on how to do this. (This will take you to an external site.)
If you are using your school's own email address, the school may have restrictions on receiving emails. In this case, you will need to whitelist the domain name to receive the information.
3. I want to change my email address.
If you are already a registered member, you can change the email address on your account in the following ways
1. Log in to the account for which you wish to change your email address.
2. Open the menu in the upper right corner of the screen and go to "Account Settings."
3. Click "Modify" next to "Email Address" to open the edit page.
4. Enter the new email address you wish to use and click "Change" to automatically send a verification email.
5. Open the email you received and click on the link in the body of the email to complete the change.
If you cannot log in, you cannot change your email address.
4. I forgot my password.
Please access the login screen and go to "Forgot your password?"
You can send an email to the email address of your registered account to reset your password.
Open the password reset screen from the link in the body of the email you received, and set a new password.
5. What is a confirmation email?
This is the email "Account Activation URL" that is automatically sent to you when you register as a member.
If the URL has expired, you will see the "Resend confirmation email" screen when you click on the URL.
Please send the confirmation email again and activate your account.
6. What is Feelnote ID?
Feelnote ID is an account linking service for Feelnote and other cloud services provided by SAMADHI Inc.
With Feelnote ID, you can log in to various linked services with a single account, and you can also use the data linkage function.
You can easily start using Feelnote ID by simply registering your email address, name, gender, and date of birth.
