About the Request Email

1. What do I need to do after receiving an email?

You will be required to complete the following documents.


    1. Register as a "Recommenders/Requestees" and access the page.

    2. Requests from the requester will be listed in the "List of requests you have received." Open the document you wish to enter.

    3. Enter each document and save the contents. There may be multiple documents available.

    4. When all documents have been completed, click "+Submit" to complete the process. 


2. The request has been cancelled and cannot be edited.

The request has been canceled by the requester. If there is a new request, please respond to that request. Otherwise, no new operation is required.


- If you have changed your email address after receiving a request as a recommender/request recipient but before registering as a member.


Documents are linked to the email address you used as a recommender/request recipient.


Therefore, if you have registered as a member with an email address different from the email address requested as a recommender/request recipient, you will not be able to open the requested documents.


You will need to contact the requester to "cancel the request to the old email address and make a request to the new email address," respectively.
