About mailing documents

1. What are mailed documents?

These are documents that must be mailed to the university without going through TAO. Please click on the “Mark as Mailed” button when you have submitted your documents which will mark your mailed documents as "mailed."


If you want to check if the university has received your documents, please check the “Receipt Status” section. When the university receives the mailed document, the receipt status will be updated and the date and time of receipt will be displayed. 


2. I mistakenly set the status to "Mailed."

Once you have marked your application as “Mailed," you will not be able to change the status of your application. Please contact the university if necessary.
