You can unsubscribe from this system using the following method.

- Account recovery is not available under any circumstances after deactivation.
- Once deactivated, you will no longer be able to use any features, including submitting application documents or receiving admission results.
- You will no longer receive communications from universities, whether for applications in progress or already submitted.
- Information entered during the application process will be retained for a certain period after deactivation.
- To deactivate your account, you must log in to TAO.
Withdrawal procedure
1. Log in to TAO.
2. Click [Deactivate your account with The Admissions Office] in the footer section.
3. Click [Deactivate account].
4. A modal window will be displayed, so click [Yes] to complete the withdrawal.
