How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from TAO by following the steps below.


[Important: Please Read Before Deactivating Your Account]


  • Once deleted, your account cannot be restored under any circumstances.
  • After deletion, you will no longer be able to submit requested documents.
  • If you need to submit documents via TAO after deleting your account, you must create a new account. You can use the same email address, but previous request information will not be accessible.
  • Information entered in requested documents may be retained for a certain period after deletion.
  • You must log in to TAO to delete your account.


Account Deletion Steps


1. Log in to TAO.

2. Click [Delete Account] in the footer section.



3. Click [Delate account].



4. When the modal window appears, type "delete".

5. Click [Yes] to complete the account deletion.
