How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from TAO by following the steps below.

[Important: Please Read Before Delete Your Account]

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Once deleted, you will lose access to all features, including submitting application documents and receiving admission results.
• You will no longer receive communications from universities, regardless of application status.
• Information entered during the application process may be retained for a certain period after deletion.
• To delete your account, you must log in to TAO.

Account Deletion Steps

1. Log in to TAO.

2. Click [Delete Account] in the footer section.

3. Click [Delete Account].

4. When the modal window appears, type "delete".

5. Click [Yes] to complete the account deletion.
