1. I cannot save my input.

Please check the following


Are all required fields filled in?

Fields marked with "*" are required. Please be sure to fill in all fields. 


Is the error ‘Should be single-byte characters only’ showing up?

This error commonly occurs when single quotation marks are used but are not in half-width format.

If you are using single quotation marks, please ensure they are half-width ( ' ).


-Correct: Tokyo's

-Incorrect: Tokyo’s


Do you meet the requirements for each item?

Each item may have its own entry conditions, such as character limits and formatting. Please enter the information according to what is displayed on the screen.

If everything is entered correctly and no errors are indicated on the screen, but the form cannot be saved, please contact us


2. What happens if I reject a request?

The received request will be canceled. An email will be sent to the requester who made the request, notifying them of the rejection.

Once the request has been rejected, the operation cannot be reversed. 


3. I accidentally rejected it.

Once you have rejected the request, the operation cannot be reversed. You must contact the requester and submit the request again. 


4. The Submit button does not appear

The Submit button will appear when all required documents have been entered. Please check if there are any documents that have not been entered yet. 


5. I have submitted the request documents, but I would like to change the content.

Changes to the content cannot be made if any of the following conditions apply:


    - The recommender has already completed the submission of the request documents.

    - The applicant has canceled the request.

    - The recommender has declined the request.

    - The applicant has completed the application.

    - The recruitment deadline has passed.


If any of these conditions apply, please contact the applicant directly and ask them to convey your request to change the content to the university through the TAO messaging function or the contact information provided in the recruitment details.
